The sum of the areas of the compartments of the dwelling, with the exception of vestibules, interior circulations, sanitary installations, storage and other compartments of similar function, and measured by the interior perimeter of the walls that limit the dwelling, discounting encumbrances up to 30 cm, interior walls, partitions and ducts.1
