Corresponds to the area, below or above the threshold level, measured in square meters, along the outer perimeter of the outer walls, intended for the different uses foreseen in the plan: housing, commerce, services, tourism, compatible industry, logistics and private equipment, including warehouses and storage rooms and excluding balconies, attic and basement without regular ceiling height and covered outdoor spaces for collective use (porches, sheds and covered terraces).1
