is an open-air space intended for leisure, recreation and subsistence functions, which is private, for collective or common use or common use, and adjoining or integrated in a building or group of buildings.1
[Gaia] Ot: Logradouro
Area of free land on a lot or plot, adjacent to the building or buildings located therein and that is functionally connected to it, serving as a garden, yard or patio. The street area is the value of the difference between the total area of the lot or plot and the total area of implantation of the existing constructions on it.2
