That part of a structure below the level of the adjacent landscaped area.1
[Lisbon] Ot: Cave do edifício
Floor whose level is at least 2.00 m lower than the threshold of the main entrance door of the plot or building; if there is more than one street serving the plot, the threshold that is at the higher level is considered.2
